Terms & Conditions for Ambulance Subscription Plan:

Welcome to Ambusafe Healthtech Pvt. Ltd.! We are committed to providing reliable emergency medical services through our subscription plan. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before subscribing:

1. Subscription Validity:

The subscription is valid for one year from the date of enrolment. Renewal can be done annually, ensuring continuous coverage.

2. Service Coverage:

Emergency ambulance services are available within the subscribed city limits. Service coverage may be expanded or modified with prior notice.

3. Subscription Fees:

A non-refundable annual fee 40% of subscription plan is applicable. Payment can be made through our designated payment gateway mentioned in our website only.

4. Emergency Callouts:

A limited emergency callouts during the subscription period as per subscripted plan . Non-emergency transports can be availed at a discounted rate.

5. Eligibility:

Subscribers must be residents within our service area. Subscription is non-transferable to other individuals or locations.

6. Booking and Confirmation:

Emergency services can be requested via our 24/7 helpline. Confirmation will be provided upon availability, and service will be dispatched promptly.

7. Non-Emergency Services:

Non-emergency services can be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Additional charges may apply for non-emergency transports.

8. Limitations:

Services are subject to availability and weather conditions. Ambusafe Healthtech Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to refuse service for reasons such as unsafe conditions or force majors events.

9. Cancellation and Refund:

Subscribers may cancel within 7 days of enrollment for a prorated refund. No refunds are applicable after 7 days of subscription.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions:

Ambusafe Healthtech Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to amend terms with prior notice. Subscribers will be informed of any changes through registered contact details.

11. Communication:

Subscribers are responsible for updating contact information. Important communications will be sent via email or SMS.

12. Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation or mediation. In case of legal proceedings, the jurisdiction will be Delhi, India only.
